Support our client pantry and clothing closet

We have client pantries located at each of our offices. Donating items from our Needs List will provide immediate support for our clients. Our needs list is made up of items we use most, with items in bold indicating the most need. Client Pantry and Hygiene items are made available to clients while Program Support and Facilities items are used by staff in our programs.  We also provide survivors access to our clothing closet and donation center, so we are happy to accept your gently used clothing and household items. Please see below for more details on donations.

Clothing and HouseHold Items:

Beginning on June 8, our Outreach Office will resume regular operations and we will be happy to accept your gently used clothing and household items on Mondays from 9:30 am -4:30 pm.  If you need to drop off items on another business day, please call our office to schedule so we have proper staff to receive the donation.

  • We ask that clothing be freshly laundered with no need for repairs.

  • We accept women's and children's clothing, but no bathing suits or underwear.

  • We accept gently used kitchen and household items. 

  • As you prepare your donation, please consider one of the following methods for transport:

    • Two garbage bags​

    • 2 boxes

    • 20 items on hangers

  • If you have a larger quantity of items, please call ahead so we can ensure what you are donating are what we can use and so we can arrange drop off.​  

Furniture Donations:

We do accept furniture donations for residents that are relocating. We greatly appreciate this support. Please do not drop any furniture off without arranging with the front desk staff so we can be sure we need the item as well as have the space to receive it. Appointment Only.

Basic Needs Donations are accepted at our Outreach Center weekdays (Monday-Friday), 9:30am to 4:30pm.  Basic Needs are anything on the purple lists below.

You can also easily donate from our Amazon Wish list and have the items delivered right to our door!

Fundraising Donations:

On occassion, we have events that are supported greatly by donations from the community. 100% of net proceeds from these campaigns goes to benefit victims of domestic violence. Pop Up Thrift Store: Our Pop Up Thrift Store (Pre-Covid), is held 3-4 times per year and we sell surplus new and gently used donations after all client needs have been served. Great POP Up donations are items such as home decor, sporting goods, children's items, automotive, craft supplies, small furniture, holiday decor, etc. We don't sell clothing at POP UP unless new.   We do not have a POP UP planned for several months until we bounce back from COVID and because we do not have a surplus of donations at this time.

Power of the Purse Luncheon: This event is held once a year to support our Economic Empowerment Program. One of the key components of this fundraiser is a high-end silent purse auction.  We are always on the look out for donations of new or slightly used designer purses!
